In Romania, the Foundation is registered on the Register of Associations & Foundations, which is regulated by the Ministry of Justice. The Registered Charity Number is 7\/05.10.2021.<\/p>\n

The Foundation is also regulated by the Ministry of Finance to allow the receipt of donations.<\/p>\n

Georgina Crumpton<\/h1>\n

Georgina is the General Manager GFG Alliance and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. She is Nicola Gupta\u2019s sister.<\/p>\n

Before joining GFG Alliance, Georgina held senior positions within leading global financial institutions, most recently as a Director at Plurimi Wealth Management as Head of Business Support.<\/p>\n

She was previously Vice-President at Morgan Stanley International Wealth Management and divided her time between London and Switzerland, where she successfully managed the wind-down and transition of the Alternative Investments assets during the sale of Morgan Stanley\u2019s Private Wealth Management business.<\/p>\n

Before this, Georgina was the coordinator of the Alternative Investments platform throughout EMEA. She also managed the Cross Divisional Relationship Business through the Private Investment Club & Strategic Lead Management platforms.<\/p>\n

Radu Ionescu<\/h1>\n

Radu is the Managing Partner of Ionescu si Sava, a legal services provider based in Bucharest, where he coordinates the corporate and commercial advisory practice. A law school and business school graduate, Radu specialises in mergers and acquisitions, competition, banking, finance and tax law. He has advised an important number of Fortune 500 and top European, US-based and Asian companies in high-profile transactions and has acted as main counsel in several competition matters. Radu has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2002, is fluent in English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.<\/p>\n
